It’s pretty cold outside and the Holiday season has definitely made me gain weight although doing volleyball and ballet work out. But the delicious cookies, yummy food, and a lot of warm drinks and sweets have made my tummy grow. Nevertheless I didn’t make any New Year’s resolutions and I didn’t force myself to do more work out to begin the New Year. But I noticed that I was getting slower and lazier. Since I always want to be in a fit and healthy mood for my volleyball practice I need to do more exercises again and yes, I visited the gym again :D But how do you motivate yourself…
